Hence, users trade or pick up the offer of depositing liquidity to provide tokens into BNB smart chain pools. In doing this, users receive a share of the pools and trading fees for the work done on the Pancakeswap platform.

How Does PancakeSwap Work?

As for the liquidity providers, they receive rewards and share a part of the transaction fees. These rewards are referred to as Liquidity Pool tokens (LP tokens). Also, liquidity providers participate in yield farming and have the opportunity to take and earn rewards in CAKE tokens.
