Nikolai has over six years of experience in cryptocurrency trading and blockchain technology. His expertise centers on automated trading systems and the practical use of trading bots.

At the beginning of his trading journey, he focused on manual strategies. As his interest in automation grew, he shifted toward algorithmic trading and began working with automated tools to build more scalable strategies.

He joined 3Commas through the CX Support team. During that time, he helped thousands of traders: from beginners learning the basics of automated trading to advanced users managing complex bot setups.

Nikolai later became Product Owner for the DCA Bot, where he worked on improving one of the platform’s core automated trading tools. His work focused on expanding functionality, improving usability, and building features that serve both retail traders and professional users.

Today, as a Technical Consultant, he works across multiple teams at 3Commas to improve the platform and support advanced trading setups. His work includes investigating complex bot cases, improving product interfaces, creating educational content, and helping asset managers and professional traders configure automated strategies across multiple exchange accounts.
